Hands-on corporate AI training. Three levels.
Your team already uses AI. No one has taught them to use it well.
The tools are already there. What's missing is someone who teaches how to really use them.
Learning by trial and error.
Each person figures it out alone. No shared criteria, no references, no idea what they're missing.
Results that depend on luck.
Quality varies with who writes the prompt. What works today, no one can replicate tomorrow.
No shared language or learning.
What one person figures out stays with them. Without a shared method, every discovery dies where it started.
Tool-agnostic by design.
We don't sell you a platform. We teach principles that apply across every major AI model, so your team stays fluent as the tools change, and you're never locked into one vendor's roadmap.

A program where your team practices, not just listens.
Hands-on 4-week program
- 4 live classes, 75 minutes each
- Pre-work platform: readings and dynamic quizzes
Tracks for every AI level
- From zero to advanced
- Each profile enters at their level
Dynamic curriculum

How it runs.
Built and taught by people who build.
15+ years building and scaling technology companies across three continents — and years helping other businesses scale theirs, hiring the tech talent they needed and building the systems they run on. 1,000+ professionals trained in the practical use of AI, and production AI systems running in businesses like yours today.
We teach from what we build: every example in the program comes from a process we've seen work, or fail, in companies like yours. We are not a consulting firm. We are builders who also teach. Meet the team
We don't only teach AI. We build it.
We scaled technology companies as founders and executives (Rocket Internet, Revelo, Gaia Design) and have advised businesses across three continents on their AI transformation.
As we scale our corporate training platform, we have also built select solutions like Ettore, our AI back-office agent for industrial businesses. It reads the quote requests or orders in PDF/Excel arriving by email or WhatsApp, drafts the response against your own pricing rules, and writes it back into your ERP. If you are a B2B industrial business, get in touch!
What teams usually ask.
Do we need prior AI experience?
No. Track 01 starts from zero. The program is designed for people who have never opened Claude or ChatGPT.
How much of the team's time does it take?
Every track runs the same: two and a half hours a week, 75 minutes of it live. The program is designed not to interfere with the operation.
Can different people start at different tracks?
Yes. Each track works on its own. Some of your team might enter at Track 01 while others go straight to Track 02 or 03, depending on where they are today.
Is the content adapted to our sector?
Yes. Before the program starts we run a contextualization session to understand your roles, processes and internal language. Every exercise is built on that base.
What about data privacy?
It's part of the program: we cover what data can and cannot be used with external AI tools, with your regulatory context taken into account.
What happens after the program?
The goal is for the capability to stay inside your company, not with us. Anyone who finishes knows how to keep going without outside support.
Let's talk about your team.
Tell us where your team is today and we'll map the path: one track, or all three in sequence.
